I saw their ad on tv and tried it out for the price of shipping, didn't say anything about continued charges and they don't have a phone. Number anywhere that I can find. GETBARNLEYHEAL and getbarnley nut were the charges on my debit card that I get no info on Google. I put in Vialophin and get all kinds of info except a telephone number for customer service. It has vialophin in place of the phone number in one place that I found but it doesn't work out with only o letters

I never received the product, and requested a full refund, but was denied according to supposed terms and conditions that were not posted on the seller’s website and I never agreed to. Consumers can order a free trial of the product but doing so will enroll them in an auto-shipping program; unless they cancel promptly, they’ll receive and be billed for Vialophin every month. The company uses third party advertisements that do not state these predatory terms and conditions and the support contact information is only a phone number. There is absolutely no website customer support at all and customer support email response has refused to process any refund. The third party company listed that allegedly attempted to fill my order (TJWJ KETO) does not exist in the ScamPulse.com system. I tried to get a screenshot of the original website, but the site now states ‘not found’ when the original link is clicked. I was charged for basically nothing and so far exhausted all avenues to recoup my losses.
