I ordered a second set of hearing aids from this company for my father. The confirmation email indicated that a shipping label was created. Six weeks later no product received. Emailed them three times with no response. Now the SAME email dated 2/21/24 (minus company information such as mailing address and phone numbers) indicates that the product has shipped but none of the links work to track the item and still no product received. They must have hacked into my email to replace the original email. My credit card was charged $152. The website is no longer avail (Viahearing.com)
