First the website crashed just as I was making my order so it made 2 orders for me vs just 1. The website claimed to provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a 100% refund policy, no questions asked, but after receiving the product, which was nothing like what I ordered/what they showed online, I immediately contacted them. After about 30 emails, they told me the only way to get a refund was to pay more money and ship it back. Initially they only offered me their courier service to return it and asked for my credit card for payment again but I refused after already being scammed once. Once I informed they I do business in China and could ship through my companies distribution center, they then provided me with a fake address in china to return it to.
