Bought clothing from the store and received an email saying cart still had items in it even though I already paid for it. I've tried to contact them but I've been ignored or get automated responses

I ordered clothing from this company on 11/30/2020. I spent $150 on this clothing. After over a month I finally received a package with TWO of the items I ordered out of five. Not the mention the clothing was very cheap. They act like it’s ran by veterans, and they help veterans but it’s all a scam. They are using it to draw customers. They have several different names they use, vetfella is the one I purchased from. With researched I’ve learned this. It isn’t the first time, it’s happened to MANY people. When requesting a refund, I’ve been ignored!
