Caller identified himself as with the National Veteran's Board. He asked if they could send me a sponsor envelope for donation. He kept trying to get me to say yes. Unfortunately, I said yes, when he asked "are you there?" Several times I was asked questions that were targeted at getting me to say yes. I am still researching what has been done. All I have is the phone number used which had a local area code. I called it back, and of course, I got no answer.
