Vespara advertised “free bracelet” w/$8.99 shipping. This item was ordered Aug 27, at which time the $8.99 was taken out of my account. Shipping time was stated as 1-5 weeks. As of , today dec. 17th we still have not received this product. An email was sent to them at [email protected] on dec 7th and they still have not responded nor sent the product.
