Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I clicked on an ad on Facebook to purchase a “Nubia Alpha Smart Phone Watch” which is “The Most Futuristic Display Smartwatch” veshin.com was advertising. I received the wrong product. I attempted to contact them ASAP for the past three days. They only responded once offering a $5 refund when I paid $18.99 USD + Shipping = $24.98 USD ($32.50 CAD) for the wrong product that doesn’t even work. I was promised “The Most Futuristic Display Smartwatch” that was advertised as a “Global Version Nubia Alpha Smart phone watch” colour (gold) from a Facebook ad that led me to an online sales page. I paid with my credit card via PayPal and received this “Fitness Tracker” in a couple of weeks. Even if I were to use the product, it doesn’t even work. It has no charging port or any places to replace batteries and doesn’t even turn on. The package came with a non-relevant screw kit for lightbulbs. I didn’t order any of this. The alias email is [email protected] which wasn’t even a company email from www.veshin.com. Please stop them at all costs until I receive my “Global Version Nubia Alpha Smart phone watch” colour (gold). I never got a full refund or received instructions on how to return the product. It’s now just sitting wrapped in its original packaging. The wrongly shipped product doesn’t even work!
