I placed an order with the company but never received the item. They sent me a tracking number that says it was delivered. However, when I reached out to USPS they informed me the tracking number did not correlate to my address. I assumed the vendor made an error and tried to reach out to them. Their phone was disconnected and they don't respond to emails. At the time I placed the order the site was called Krintee and listed a New York address. It has since changed to Versona and now lists a Wisconsin address. The URL is the same. Since I placed the order I have seen several reviews stating that this same tracking number scam was used. I used Paypal when making the purchase because I was unfamiliar with the vendor and I thought that it would protect my purchase. Paypal rules in favor of the vendor because the tracking number says the item was delivered, even when provided evidence the vendor sent the item to the wrong location.
