An advertrisement to try a trial free sample of vero revive eye serum and wrinkle cream- Just pay shipping cost. This was on Aug 1 2019 and showed up my credit card shipping 4.90 & 4.95.On Aug 15 2019 I received a call from my Financial institution about 2 charges 93.79 & 98.87.

They said it appeared to be questionable??? I checked my account and found a phone number for this company. The first person I spoke with on 8/16/19 was a Tina . when I started explaining why I was calling, she hung up on me.I didn't raise my voice at her and I didn't curse at her. I called right back and got a Tiffany,. She said that I had to cancel the membership within 14 days of I would continue to receive shipments. I told her that ad did not say it was membership and said nothing calling within 14 days. This is misleading and a scummy outfit.. I want a credit on my credit card and they can have this product back.!!

The site offers $4.95 for the product but does not give any other information regarding the monthly fees you will incur which are almost $100.00. The only way you would see this if you go to the bottom of their page and click on terms and conditions.

I called the 858 # (LA area) when I got an email within seconds of ordering a sample of the Vero Revive skin cream. The number was at the bottom of the email. Got a woman who tried to sell me a bunch of other stuff, offered a discount on a full container of Vero Revive, etc. I told her I wanted all future product shipments cancelled . After a few more offers from her, she finally said she had cancelled all future shipments. I hung up, as I thought it was all taken care of. It was the same day I ordered the free sample of skin cram for $4.95. Sixteen days later I receive a box with a sample of skin cream & a sample of eye serum. I went right to my credit union site, & sure enough, $93.79 & $93.87 had been charge to my debit card. The credit union gave me two 844 numbers, one for Formula Pump (844-520-3843) & one for Ape Aesthetics. There I got a patient woman who looked up my 'order' & said that was the first time I had called & it was past the 14 day trial period. I explained I had called in a few minutes after the initial order, but I might as well been talking to a brick wall. She repeated her same story time after time, as if I did not understand. Finally I asked for a supervisor. she did not like that & told me the same spiel again about the trial period. Finally I got a supervisor. These both gave me an agent # & a first name. He listened to what I had to say, but told me exactly what the woman had. I put my foot down & demanded my money back. He said that was impossible. After almost an hour he said he could give me half of what I was charged. I thanked him for his offer, but said I needed the full amount returned to me. This went on for a long time. He finally got to $70.34 for the eye serum & $70.40 for the skin cream & told me that was it. No more. I thanked him & hung up. The credit union blocked account so no one could charge to it.

This website promises a sample product for the price of shipping and then bills you in 14 days in the amounts of $93.87 and $93.79 for an ongoing “subscription”. The language regarding this subscription is in very small gray text well below the order confirmation submission form. When attempting to get a refund, the agent tried to give me a discount on future orders and also tell me that they couldn’t issue a refund. I told them if they didn’t give me a full refund and cancel the subscription I would file a dispute with my credit card company and lodge a complaint with the ScamPulse.com for deceptive trade practices. After “losing connection” with the agent, I finally connected with a supervisor who told me they would refund the money and cancel the subscription. I hope this is the case, but regardless, buyer beware, this seems like a case of deceptive trade practice to me.

This site was accessed by an ad link from a reputable website. It claimed Robin Roberts had focused on a new skin care line and this was a free sample, shipping only paid at $4.95 each. When it arrived I read fine print, would be charged almost $100 EACH PRODUCT and was signed up for a recurring order. I called to cancel and spoke with someone who tried many times to get me to agree to keep the product at different discounted prices. Finally she said my subscription had been cancelled and I would not be charged, could keep the product as it was a "promotion". Watching for any charges on my account.

I bought what I thought was Vero Revive age defying moisturizer and revitalizing eye serum. Only had to pay shipping and handling $4.95 for both. It was order 10/19/18. I emailed Joanna and Chip Gaines . It wasn't there product. Somebody was using there name for advertisement. The woman who emailed me said the product was fake. Joanna said that they were working out of Waco and not starting there cosmetics line and are no way associated with the company selling skin care products using her name. I was at a event trying to buy a blouse, my credit card was decline twice. Vero Revive used my credit card twice. I didn't receive phone call or email to use my card. i was charged $93.87 and $93.79. I had to go to my bank stop my credit cared and get a new one. This happened November 2, 2018. I contacted Vero Revive and spoke with a supervisor. i was not getting a refund back. I told her I want my money back now. I received a fraud letter and was told it was fake. I was reporting them to the news people. They are refunding my money back but I won't get until two weeks.

They offer a trial skincare for $5 then charge you once it's delivered and start a monthly subscription. They charged me $93.67 2X in one day before I could figure out what was going on to cancel it

I saw an advertisement on my i phone. Vero Revive moisturizer. Defying facial moisturizer. They were offering a free sample for thirty days. I just had to pay the shipping and handling charge which was under three dollars. I filled out a form. Provided my name address phone number and credit card number. I did not press the final submit button. I felt this was a scam when I saw they would charge $103 month. Stated I agreed to pay this amount of $103. Then I went back and cleared my information out. I don't know if it submitted or not, Contacting my credit card company. I just wanted the free sample. there was aphone number for the company but I am unable to access it.
