I purchased a pack of 4 electrical wall plates with motions sensor lights built in. They were very cheap.
The original purchase was actually fine, and they delivered the items (maybe from China). The quality was okay.
However, they also tried to process two additional charges, each for $5.95 which my bank declined.
Almost 2-months later, then they attempted to charge another $34.95 just out of the blue.
I called their number and was given another number to call. I called that and they basically tried to wriggle out of answering questions and I did not want to provide any identifying information.
They just hung up on me.

I called and emailed inquiring about a specific item on their website which claimed to be the Vern Shop, American Own and Operated. I was looking to purchase the item for someone in my business office and to follow the business requirements, I needed additional information. The customer service representative advised that they were a call center servicing multiple website and would reach out to the company and they would email. After not getting a response, I sent an email to the website customer service email and got a response. Except, I continuously could not get a clear answer on easy questions and they failed to address my purchase requirement questions. When I called back and pushed further asking if they were getting the answers from the company or if the customer service center was answering directly, they advised the customer service center was answering directly. There was no way for me to directly speak to the vendor, get clear answers, and I could not obtain the necessary paperwork needed to make the purchase. The more I pushed the representative about being representing an American business and why they were unfamiliar with my requirements, the representative said the could not help me and hung up. I did a Google search and saw the ScamPulse.com concerns and that this company had been noted by others as a scam and fraudulent.

Googled summer wreaths and got a lot of options and found one at Vern/vernier shop and ordered it online. When I placed order a scam alert popped up and I tried to stop transaction but failed.

Immediately my credit union texted me to ask about possible 5 fraudulent transactions. It is after hours, so I can’t take care of it until tomorrow morning.

After some research online, I’ve learned this is a Chinese company posing as “American owned and operated” out of North Carolina. Please get their websites removed or somehow alert people before we enter our payment information and personal id info.

Too soon to know if I’ve lost money yet as it was in last hour and not showing up on my bank account as a pending transaction yet.

This company hides its membership rewards option (automatically selected ’yes’) under the “complete order” button and hides conveniently under mobile user’s keyboards. then charges you 30/month.

I have been emailing with this company for over a month and cannot get in touch with them. Their phone number is out of service. I ordered 2 AC units (portable) and need to return them as they were not what I needed.

This shop advertised a standing portable AC unit that was retailed at $400 but on sale for $149.97. They advertised a 30 day money back guarantee. When I received the product, I was not satisfied with the quality and called them to return. They said they would send me return information to my email within 24 hours but I did not get this email. I called 7 other times over a 6 week period to get return information and they would start a new return ticket but would never get an email with this information. I asked to speak to a manager but they said this was not possible and then would hangup on me when I would keep asking. My card information was also compromised about a week after the initial sale. I'm unsure if it is related but the timing of it seems likely that it is.

Scammer claim to be a US company. Claimed shipping time was 3 to 5 days. Product shipped from China and was extremely low quality. Fraudulent transactions appeared on my credit card a few days later. My card was not used with any other questionable vendors.

Costway, Vernier, Punovo, PUSH inside that sells a Portable Air Conditioner thats fraud its a fan. When you call 850403-3534 you are routed to an international call center and they hang up and you never recieve a refund and never allow to return the order. Vernier Shop is a fraudulent company that sells this fan and display as a portable air conditioner. The other three companies does the same.

Ordered with this company and about two weeks later my debit card was compromised. I got a new card and made another purchase and again the company tried to use my card. Last transaction used their actual name(vernier). Credit union said that both fraud claims came from that same address.

Support offered a return and refund and then said “not eligible” for refund but would send me 20% partial refund. I never responded. Package return address said

I ordered a mini GPS tracker in Feb and they advertise free shipping and returns. They advertise all that is needed is a SIMS card to activate and no monthly fee. Well, I did recieve item but does not work without buying another phone and attached SIMS to it. ATnT could not figure out how to use. Best Buy said they could sell a SIMS card but could not activate for me. They advertise no monthly fee but put me on a monthly membership for $16.95 without my knowledge and charged it to my credit card. Had to cxl my credit card.

I attempted to contact them several times by phone number on web site and it frwds customers to do email. So, I emailed them and after 4 days and a customer support person named Jam responded and said if i wanted to return item there is a 25% restocking fee and pay for shipping back to China wrhse. Jam said if I didn't want membership I should have unchecked membership box upon ck out. There was no box to uncheck!

Jam said they would cxl membership immediately if i didnt want it just let them know.

I immediately responded thru their email to cxl membership but no response. Been 3 days. This company has had many complaints to ScamPulse.com w/ same issues.

Is anyone following up on this company?

I made a purchase in their website. They continued to draft multiple times from my account though I did not make or authorize any more purchases after the ONE initial purchase. There was no way to contact the company as the contact information was fraudulent and no reply when emailed twice.

They enrolled me into a monthly PayPal free membership and website stats shipping within certain days but that is not the case. Website states US item is stock at US warehouse, but item is coming oversea and they have given me tracking label with history only stating label is printed and waiting on item for more than 10days now. Seller is refusing to not issue refund and said to only give 10% discount refund.
