I called the number above. They answered the phone "Verizon Support", so I assumed it was OK. I was having problem looking up a claim with Verizon. They were asking for a passcode that I did not have. I tried my Verizon passcode but that did work. I allowed them to take control of my computer. The went to a black page that had a bunch of writing in white. I have no idea what they were doing. I am very suspicious now, and concerned that they may have hacked into my computer. Thank you
