Venture Solar keeps calling

And one day last week someone knocked on my door after dark claiming they worked for them

We signed paperwork with Venture Solar on 2/7 & 2/22/2022. Since that time, we have tried contacting the sales rep as well as the customer service department and cannot get an answer as to the status of our project. We called Sunnova-the solar power company Venture Solar contracts through- and they had even less information, actually alarming us by asking if we were in the process of buying the home. At this point, we do not want this unreliable company installing anything in our home based on the extremely poor customer experience-or lack there of to date. We completed a credit check and provided other personal information to open the contract. Stay clear of Venture Solar.
