I ordered a STEM toy for my son for Christmas and the next day they still had not filled my order, so I called customer service and got a Verizon number that had been disconnected. I tried to send an email to customer service that was rejected initially but later got a very generic response from them. I disabled my card before any money was withdrawn and my bank agreed that the company sounded fraudulent and issued me a new card for my protection.

I purchased $16.09 item from their website on Oct 8, 2023. The item was replacement lids for Corning Ware. I provided my credit card information, email mailing address and phone number. On Oct 9th I received an email that stated "Order Cancelled" which appeared very odd to me, so I contacted my credit card company that said to monitor my account. I did that for a few weeks without any unauthorized transactions.

On Nov 1st I received emails from Lowes confirming my transactions and confirmation of the pickup of the items. I did not purchase any items in the Danbury Lowes. There were two transaction, one for $221.39 and second for $757.08. The store confirmed that these were online orders using my credit card and an alternative person for pickup. The individual's name is JC. He also attempted a third transaction, however it wan denied because it exceeded my credit limit.

I informed my credit card company and they closed my card. I did not take any loss, as I have fraud protection on my credit card.

While I am not certain that this fraud originated with this website, it is the only situation that is out of the ordinary for my purchasing habits. This credit card is only used for online purchases and consistently used at well known companies for purchase. I have never had any fraud problem before.

This is a toy website. I selected my item, put in my credit card info and received a response that my order was placed. 2 days later I received an email stating my order was cancelled…. No explanation given. I’ve tried to call but the line goes dead immediately.

Submitted an order for (now no longer made) headphones twice. Each time I entered my info and credit-card info, and got an email confirmation, then a few days later got an email that the order was cancelled with no information as to why. No charges have come through on my card yet, but as they have the info I'm expecting to get hit with something eventually and will keep my eye out.

I ordered a kids backpack through ventalio.com and gave my personal identifiable information plus credit card information to make the purchase. I never received an email confirmation regarding the order so after 2 days I called their phone number 518-735-0890 and quickly realized it is always busy. I called over and over again for the next day just to make sure, it is always busy. I emailed their support email and it bounced back. I decided to contact them via chat and started receiving robotic answers claiming that there is "Payment Gateway issue on our website and that I would receive an email as soon as the order processed" but they could not reassure me what the order was or even tell me what the problem was only that I would receive a status update later which I never received. It looks like this website exists to collect people's credit card information. No matter the question I ask, I get the same reply, which leads me to believe it is a robot and a scam. After not getting anywhere about my order and knowing they have my credit card information, I searched online and many many other shoppers also experienced the same thing and never received their order and ended up getting some astronomical charge later down the road. I will not wait for that to happen to me and my finances, so I called my financial institution to report the bogus company and cancel my credit card. Ventalio or whoever these people are do have my personally identifiable information which still concerns me and that is why I am reporting this so that other people do not have to go through this. This site should be taken down and other consumers should be aware to not do business with ventalio.com, please save yourself the hassle.

On July 25, 2023, I ordered a Planetronics 50 Bluetooth Device for $23.06, from a website, Ventalio.com. I used my Debit card and of course put in my mailing address and Phone number. I printed the receipt, however it never arrived USPS. I mentioned it to my husband, who checked our card charges and he said I must not have completed the purchase bc there were no charges on my Debit Card. (We have been moving, and I didn’t check the printer bc I have been sick with Vertigo and the Printer is upstairs.). I went through the process and ordered again on August 10, 2023.

We received a Fraud Alert from our bank this morning and our card has been cancelled. We did check the printer and I had ordered previously and found the printed receipts for both purchases. The second one was $23.29. The charges never were made from either purchase.

This person included shipping from USPS, United State Postal Service. Even though the amounts were never charged, could they be pursued bc of some kind of Mail Fraud?

I placed an order, they cancelled it saying the purchasing gateway was having issues. Two months later I got a fraudulent charge for 1200 bucks on my card

This website claims to be a legitimate online store but what they do is take your information and then pretend that they are going to send you a product that they never do. It is an information harvesting scam.

I purchased an item through the ventalio shop website on 07/02/23, then on the next day my order was canceled without any explanation. I reached out to their support team for an explanation and got an excuse for "payment gateway issues" and that they will contact me once it has been resolved. No where on their site does it say that they are having payment problems and they post on their Instagram page constantly since my order has been canceled. I emailed today on 07/17/23 for an update and I got the same response, that they will contact me when they resolve the issue. I'm afraid that more people will purchase items using their credit card information and potentially be scammed in the future.

ordered a nespresso machine from "ventalio.com" on 5/31/23 for $304.51, and never received it....but, my credit card was never charged....same thing happened to a relative of mine...only that time, my relative was repeatedly told that there was a problem processing credit card payments...my relative was also never charged... the ventalio company website is still up & running, but it is clearly suspect....why would a company do that? ...no one answers their advertised phone number, nor do they reply to email...it is certainly suspicious behavior....there are numerous reviews questioning its legitimacy......can the ScamPulse.com do something about this company, please?? thank you in advance for any action you can take to thwart what appears to be a fraudulent design.

Took credit card info and charges for two items.

On April 22, 2023 I have purchased an item from Ventalio.com. After 7 days without receiving status updates, I decided to contact the company but started receiving robotic answers claiming that there is "Payment Gateway issue on our website so the order was not processed. And there is no money debited from your card. Once issue solved we will email you". Yesterday, May 9, I sent Ventalio another email asking them to cancel my transaction. The reply I got was a copy/paste or their previous message that I wrote above. After reading online reviews about Ventalio, I realized that this could be a fake website that steals credit card numbers. It is important to mention that Ventalio, which claims to be in Saratoga Springs (NY), may not even legally exist in the U.S.: a search showed that at that address there are only a kitchens/baths store, sheds, and buildings under construction. I did a search and found out that Ventalio has an address in England (17 Princess Road, London, Greater London NW1 8JR, UK). Because I paid with my credit card, I was forced to block it. After reading the many negative reviews of other customers that went through a similar experience with Ventalio, I have reasons to believe that this has the potential to become a large scam operation that needs to be stopped as soon as possible.

i would get fairly quick replies, but they started to repeat the same lines without ever responding to direct questions from me.

by Tuesday night, no money had been withdrawn yet, but i locked my debit card and will cancel and replace it.

A few week ago, I thought I was ordering a Ninja spiralizer (https://ventalio.com/product/ninja-nn310-precision-processor-with-auto-spiraliz... from the company. I entered my personal information and credit card/paypal information, and later received an email confirming my order. However, when I went back to my email to confirm the status of my order, I couldn't find this information anymore and couldn't confirm that any transaction occurred. When I attempted to chat with a customer service rep on their website, they refused to respond to my inquiries. It wasn't until then that I did more research and discovered this is a known scam with this company (https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/ventalio.com).
