Would not allow me to select “other” as an option. I received a phone call about 15 minutes ago from an automated voice “operator” stating that my Venmo account is showing a large transaction of $500. The automated system voice stated that is was Venmo fraud department calling to get this transaction settled and to get the refund processed. If I chose to get the “refund” processed, I was advised to hit “1”. I decided to hang up the phone and they called back right away. I did not answer and I blocked the number. I haven’t used my Venmo in about a week and I receive all notifications to my iPhone from any type of transaction going in or out of my Venmo account. Hope you will be able to put a stop to these fraudulent people. Thank you!
