I placed an order for five articles of clothing on November 28, 2022. They took the money from my card and sent me an order number. It is now December 27th 2022 and all my order says is ‘processing’. I have reached out to them SEVEN separate times with ZERO responses! I have reached out to both emails and I have tried the chat function. All the chat-bot ever says is that ‘a customer service representative is not available and will respond within 24 hours’. It’s been over a month with no contact! How can I get my money back if no one will contact me?! There’s not a phone number, an address or any other information for me to get in contact with this ‘company’!
