@Veluntra.Official team from instagram contacted me for online collaboration and asked me to buy their product and pay for shipping in return they would post my images on their timelines as brand ambassador. once i paid shipping they completely ignored me, and when i sent them image with the product which was not even italian but from china...they did not honour their commitment. I relentlessly followed up with their support team and they kept avoiding by giving lame reasons like we have too many ambassadors and instagram feeds will take time...however their instagram team totally ignored, and kept ignoring my messages. they are scamming people stating they are italian brand and sending chinese products and then not even honouring their collaboration commitment. This whole scam has cost me $30.

I received a comment on my Instagram photo, telling me that they wanted me to be an ambassador for their company, www.veluntra.com. They offer discounts on their products and a code to provide to others. They claim you can earn 25% commission on the products bought with your code, but the products on their website are images stolen from another website. Veluntra just hikes the price way up and sends garbage counterfeit products.

I’m glad I looked into them before even replying back to the message they sent me because I’m not about to be scammed. I get messages from all types of “so called businesses” on Instagram. Usually don’t respond because I know 90% of them are just a scam. Glad I didn’t bother wasting my money. Thank y’all for that!

I just got the message from them, typed on google and found your stories... thanks! Just blocked the account on my Instagram!

Wanted me to be an ambassador, just like everyone else. They sent me that I would get a 50% off code and make 25% of it back, blah blah blah. Looking at the items, I decided to try to find that one place someone else mentioned, but I couldn't see any similarities. But, I did go to aliexpress (with a screen shot of their 'website'), and found everything over there for usually 1/20th of the price, and you'd probably get it sooner since I'm going to guess they do drop shipping. If you want to buy from them, go ahead. But I do suggest looking into aliexpress since that's probably where they buy it.

They told me if I bought 3 items and only pay shipping I would get a code to promote their jewelry for 50% off and get 25% commission on what I sell. Well as soon as I bought their intagram page disappeared!

Oh my god. I'm so stupid. I wish i saw this before i paid for the "shipping"... what was i thinking?! God now i'm really losing hope.. do you think there is any way that i could get my money back?

Absolutely a scam. They reached out to me, with a deal for 3 free items, only pay shipping, and with my code me and everyone else who uses it gets 50% off and I get 25% commissions.

Well I did some research and they steal most of their products and photos from a company called “The Songbird Collection” who’s items cost less than $20 for the most part!

When I told the person messaging me that I didn’t want to be an ambassador because I found an item on their website for $57.00 while the other site sold it for $18.00. They said “you won’t pay for the items anyway, only shipping”

I was like “ That’s fine, but Im not going to promote something where my friends, family & followers have to pay an excessive amount for something when they can get it somewhere else at a much more reasonable price.

50% off of $57.49 is $28.74, not including shipping. Shipping was $30. That’s a $58.74 total.

The other companies total for the exact same item after shipping was $25.32.

For gods sake, they aren’t even verified!

Thank you, but no thank you.

Thank you everyone for your help. I was about to pay on the website, because they gave me a total discount but the shipping. Anyways, I only have 550 followers, so i was surprised about that..

Same story here, a guy called Stefan from veluntra wrote to my girlfriend , promising the same story and 50÷ off on all collection, when she becomes an ambassador.. they still try the same scam, but she did not pay him.
They claim on their website they would be active since 6 years but when you check the domain was just registered last year. Someone should call the police.

Veluntra commented on my picture on Instagram saying that they want me as an ambassador. I've been using Instagram for 1 year only so I wasn't sure how this works. Anyways I was excited and accepted the offer. Then they told me to go to their website and choose from their jewelry and pay half the price and that they will give me a coupon to share and take commission for each person buying using my coupon.

I did the purchase and paid half the price ($60)

Later I started doing more research on this stuff. I discovered that a business wanting me to be an ambassador is impossible since I barely have 100 followers.

Then I tracked my order and discovered that they basically order things from China and that jewelry barely costs $2.

So yes I was scamned!!
