Very obvious fraud, family has not made any recent large purchases nor have done any business with anyone even closely relating to the company location. They used another business called "Convergent Outsourcing Inc." as a debt collector and the attached letter claims that the debt originally is owed to Household Finance Group. The listed phone number for Convergent Outsourcing does not match that listed on their website. Credit reports also do not list this charge as existing.
