Seems after I paid and received another request with a different website and started researching that this is a scam to obtain your credit card info

Scammer showed interest in purchasing vehicle I listed on craigslist, asked me to use a website to check for a clean VIN, cost me $15 for nothing

Purchased a one time lookup thru "vehiclereports.net" phone# 855-301-2532, for $29.95. Within 2 weeks I was charged an extra $238.85 on my card. I reported it to my Meijer Comenity Bank and they refused to help me. Since then the Meijer account has been sold to Citi Bank. They refused to help me and hung up on me. This "purchase" took place 5-28-2019, and is on going at this time.
