Vehicle Services Center Reports & Reviews (4)

I received a phone call that showed it was from Vinton, Louisiana. When I picked up, I got the "Vehicle Services Center" message saying my warranty on my vehicle was running out and needed to deal with them to extend it.

The representative barely spoke English, and immediately began asking for information regarding the year, make, and model of the car, as well as my SSN to access my account.

When I asked where and how they got my information to know about my warranty, she just repeated her questions to obtain my information. When I informed her I do not own a vehicle, she hung up. When I called back, the number was no longer in service.

I have been receiving phone calls from different soliciters asking for a Mr. ******. There is no Mr. ****** at this number. They want to discuss a **** **** ******* to sell a Warranty. I have stated we are on the do not call list and there is no Mr. ****** at this location. They apologize and hang up but almost immediately someone else calls from a different area in the state. When I ask to speak to a supervisor they respond with no supervisor is available or No or they hang up. Then I call back and thank Mr. ****** for calling back and I ask for a supervisor and they hang up. They call 5-10 times a day from all over Virginia. This is technically harassement and it needs to be stopped. I did not let the scammer get far enough to give personal information or to give money.

- Las Vegas, NV, USA

Called me and asked me to renew my vehicle warranty. I told them no and then they kept calling using multiple phone numbers within the last two days. Told them to remove my phone number and they hung up. They call me back later using a different rep and they told me that I requested this call by putting my information online.

This "company" calls me several times each week trying to sell me an extended car warranty. I do not own a car and have not owned a car for the last year and a half. Anytime I miss a call from them and call that number back to find out how to get them to stop calling me, the number is inevitably disconnected. Their practices are predatory and harassing. They claim to have records of my vehicle and have asked me to confirm the year, make, and model for "security purposes"
