I placed an order on Spetember 5th 2022 and did not get a tracking number after reaching out 3 times. each time I was told sorry for the delay well ship it tomorrow. The third time on October the 9th was not until the tracking number was created but still nothing shipped. I try reaching out to them multiple time on there website and email and they refuse to give a refund for product I never received and that they never shipped. After insisting and proving that they haven't sent my order they said that there was something wrong on my end because there records showed it was shipped. This was stated on October the 18th 2022 that they had shipped it and its on it way. Again the order was never shipped and refuse to initial a full refund
