While checking my bank account I noticed a charge of $47.25 for a site www.VEDROU.com. I visited the site to see if I could get information and the site is very vague, stating that they are an outside party that collects money for subscription type services. When I tried to chat with customer service, they immediately responded by asking for the 1st 6 and last 4 of my card information. The conversation is copied below.

In order to assist you, we will need to locate your information/membership in our system. Please provide the first six (6) and last four (4) digits of the credit/debit card that was charged. Also, the email address that was used to create the membership, or your complete first and last name. For security purposes, we will never request the full credit/debit card information.

These charges need to be taken off

I have not signed up for anything and yet you have my information without my consent. You should be able to find the transaction with my name and cancel asap and refund my "fee"
