My computer locked up and it said to contact MicroSoft to fix it. I called them number but it disconnected. But Caroline Forbes called right back said I needed to get a giftcard I hung up and called MicroSoft back and got a guy name John Roark. He said I had a 100 foreign IP address. He connected me with Tony who turned out to be with VeBlen IT solution in Tampa Florida. They charged my credit card $500. I have got my credit card cancelled.
