I wanted to order authentic knitted sweaters for men. I received sweatshirts with spray painted designs. The quality is worse than any other store

None of the items purchased were as advertised. All items were images of the intended purchase item poorly printed on low quality poorly sewn sweater materials. I bought two knit and embroidered sweaters that were ink printed onto a synthetic fabric poorly constructed crew neck, two advertised “linen” pants that were polyester and nearly see through and cheap and of the crew neck sweaters that were supposed to be screen printed, they were also completely ink printed- ex: supposed to be white screen print emblem on green crew neck sweater was white base sweater with green and white poorly printed with low resolution and highly pixelated font.

The item that arrived was significantly different than the item represented on the website. Inferior quality, different material, different style, etc... The VCHICs return policy states "If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to return and receive a refund." This is not true. Each request for a refund has been met with an offer of a 10% store discount, then a 20% store discount, then a 30% store discount. Or various delaying tactics similar to "We will contact the related department and look into this situation." Buyer beware.

I purchased a dress from Vchics on 4/12/22, then realized that the purchase would not arrive by the time I needed it. I emailed vchics to cancel my order on 4/14/22. Vchics gave several different reasons why I could not get a refund, from their accounts were frozen to the item was sold out. They told me to pick another item, that would be most convenient for me, they said. Vchics told me to have a blessed day and be patient. The telephone number they provided is no good. You cannot leave any comments on their website. As of today, 5/17/22, I still have no refund or the dress I ordered. Thanks, Vchics! I will never purchase online again, without checking the company out on the ScamPulse.com website first. Vchics is a scam company and should not be allowed to do business in the United States again!

I purchased a blouse that cost 38.00 I should have been aware that the phone number isn't legitimate. 86 213 1477857 vchics. Com

Also I have paper work saying it's being delivered that I print nothing. I'm sorry I'm not home to present this.
