I do not owe any money and when I called they wanted all my information and when I said no they said they could not process me.

I whited out the person who received this letter name and address, this letter was regarding $19,236 of unsecured Debt, Reduction of Total Debt to $6,732. When I called up, they could not tell me what this letter was for, could not give me an actual name of the company, they claimed to be called VC Solutions, and that they were just a call center for the company (no idea what company this was referring to). I inquired what there mailing address was, they told me to hold on, 2 seconds later they hung up. Called up again, same story.
