 This fellow is a sincerely bad individual who meets the definition of a sociopath. He has stolen (without a gun) many millions of dollars from our company in Denver, Colorado when he lived here by soliciting continual loans (business to business), more loans, and more loans by misrepresenting what he was using the funds for and none of the intended uses ever occurred. Our company's loss is approximately $2.5 Million. The ordeal lasted about 3-4 years in the early 2010s.

He had a jazz club (Vartan Jazz Club, Cherry Creek, then moved to Downtown on Broadway) and was related to many famous people in Russia, allegedly, who had promised to send him money to repay his loans to us, and others in Denver.

He left town, literally in the middle of the night and went back to Moscow without informing anyone of this move or his address. All attempts to contact him have been fruitless.

He will tell you that he has big projects in the jazz world (live concerts, recording albums) when he has nothing at all. His representations are bogus, his business thoughts are fantasies, he's asking for money for a business that he never undertook or started and his threats if you don't lend him money are frequent.

Avoid this person at all costs!!!! He is among the worst scammers that I have ever run across.
