I received a visa card that I did not apply for. Interestingly enough, all 3 of my credit reports are frozen so they could not get any information on me to review my credit. When I called to get card canceled, they give nothing but trying to sell fraud merchandise and said that would have to go to fraud dept to follow up on and get back to me in an email. That would be hard to do since I never gave it to the rep even though she kept trying to get it. Long story short, I don't trust a company that refuses to cancel a credit card that was not requested and just said they would put a hold on it. Stay away from what you did'nt request.
