Hi.
I just ordered 3 Yocan lux vape pens.
I am unhappy with this order.
1. The 3 Yocan lux vape pens did not come with a box or manual.
2. The 3 Yocan lux vape pens have 2 different size USB ports. 1 is the standard micro usb port. The other 2 Yocan vape pens are either mini USB ports or Type C, BUT I WOULDN'T KNOW WITHOUT THE MANUAL OR BOX.
Your website advertised a micro USB port:
The battery can be charged using a micro USB cable which means that you can use your compatible phone charger with it.
When I checked the Yocan website today, they are advertising a type c while your website states a micro USB port.
I shouldn't have to take an hour of my day and to check the Yocan website to find the actual USB port type and to read the manual and box the vape pen comes in.
Canceled sabotage #8 on devices this year, Weird, not even a box or manual right in the middle of practically WWIII.
Way to go.
With the threat level right now, I have to complete a report and "send it in..." to my after-service counterintelligence agent LIVE security manager program.
Please let me know how you are going to rectify this "situation..."
