I ordered an Item from Krintee.com (now Vansona). The order was filled by sniderjenning3110120 whom provided a UPS Shipping number that showed it was delivered to my town and set on from porch. I was home the day of alleged delivery and I actually received other unrelated parcels from US that day. I contacted the seller and customer service at Krintee.com with no reply from either. Upon submitting a claim to UPS I discovered the package was shipped to a different person / different address in my town. I coincidentally know that person so I contacted her to see if she received the package and she had not. I then proceeded to file a claim through PayPal which was used to purchase the item. PayPal investigated and could not process the claim because there was a shipping number saying it was delivered. So now i'm at a dead end. UPS provided the claim info to the shipper (who is apparently not responding), PayPal can't help because the package says it was delivered, and I can't get in contact with the shipper/seller. Now the web address is changed and isn't even the same costumer service.I lost $36.05
