I placed an order with this company on 05/11/2020, they took about a week or so to give me tracking which states that package hasn’t been received, I’ve been patiently waiting but it’s been a month and tracking still states the same, and tried to reach out to customer service several times, and i get automated responses, now the webpages turned off comments and reviews, because they have a multitude of customer who they scammed making comments about how they are stealing people’s money, they finally sent a response which also was automated and blamed everything on covid. But yet no solution to the problem.
