I placed an order via vanishpolish.com for a beauty product back in August 2019. Since then, I have contacted them on three occasions as my order has never turned up, the tracking number they gave me doesn't work and there is no means of seeing where my order is. I have sent emails with no acknowledgement, evening noting that I would contact trading standards if no one responded to my last email. I placed this order over five months ago now and haven't heard anything from the company at all. No way of getting my money back either - it was only $30 but this is more the principle.

Note - I am in the UK but this is a US company/website and I was advised by trading standards to contact bbb.org. For that reason, I have had to select a US postal code, but this is not correct, however it was a required field in order to complete this form.
