I bought a vanilla gift card from Walmart the same day I tried to activate it but it wasn’t working. I called the number on the card and it’s been months after calling and calling. They still won’t give me my money back. They keep pushing it saying sorry we need more time for the case.

I purchased a prepaid one vanilla mastercard from my local Dollar Geberal Store on Oct. 12 and loaded $350.00 and was given a receipt. Their policy is you must wait 1 hour to access your funds. I tried to pay a bill by phone approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes later and the funds were gone. I'm still trying to get my money from and have a dispute filed with Incomm after much run around. 74 dyss later I'm still contacting them in spite of their promises to email a status update.
