Used the gidt card at a Shoe Carnival on 3/9/2025 and by the 11th someone called and put a name on the card and said it was there's. Never asked them questions about any purchase or anything just cancelled the card. When i found out they wouldn't help me recover the person or scam. They said it was a scam but nothing they can do. But they been doing this for a awhile now cancelling cards and keeping the money.

Vanilla Gift card was purchased and the funds were stolen by the time I tried to use them a couple days later. Vanilla Gift Cards have had several class action lawsuits against them and there are too many reports about the same issue.

A person contacted place of employment, then stated that there was a warrant for my arrest, and that the situation needed handled immediately or else I’d be arrested. Instructed to pay bond and had to use My Vanilla card.
