I purchased a Vanilla Gift Card as a gift. It was used fraudulently and when customer service was called, I was asked for personal information irrelevant to the purchase and then the call was disconnected when I asked to transfer to the supervisor. On my second call, I reached a "supervisor" who then told me that they could not assist with the fraudulent charges on the card and getting a refund on my purchase. Do NOT purchase online VISA gift cards.
