I placed an order for a vanity set and full body mirror in November 2020.(black Friday special). I have reached out to this business and they never reply. I originally placed the order because a friend of mine ordered from them and she actually received her order. I sent a $200 deposit and their Instagram account is deleted and I’ve tried to call the number on my invoice and the phone is shut off. I also called another number they provided and it is shut off as well. I hope we all get answers soon and get our money back. This is SO unprofessional and irritating!

I follow this account on Instagram. I purchased a Hollywood Mirror with delivery ($280) at the end of June 2020. (online through the website that no longer exists.) They claimed to have a wait time of 6-8 weeks. 2 months passed, I contacted them via email. At first they were very responsive and explained they were behind on all orders and would look into my order. 4 months passed and I kindly asked for a refund and I was told someone would contact me to arrange for my refund. Someone contacted me via text and wanted to start my refund but it never went through. I tried contacting via email, text, DM on Instagram it has now been 11 months with no luck and no response. Their page is “not taking any orders” on Instagram. I wonder how many others are still waiting for their orders!?

I had purchased a vanity set in June of 2020. She had said it was gonna be a 4-6 week wait to receive it. I was expecting my delivery for August and nothing. I would text her and call her and her excuse was I am sorry everything is delayed due to covid. So I said that's fine no worries. It is the ending of November and I decided to cancel my order and get a refund. It is December 31 and yet she hasn't respond or gave my refund back. I seen that I'm not the only person that she is doing this to and it is not okay.
