I noticed charges on my bank account that I didn't authorize. When I called the bank, they were able to give me a phone number, which I tried calling. The machine said Van Jacks inc but when I talked to someone they said that they didn't have the authority to provide me with details, but that it was a subscription. They charged me 40 twice and then today for 12 and change. My bank is contesting the charges and sending me a new card.
