A few months ago I made an online purchase from Bowl Sparkle. The product did not perform as expected and I never intended to make another purchase. Today I received an email congratulating me on my purchase of a 12 month supply at a cost of over $300.

When I contacted the consumer service number provided I was told I needed to download a computer program that would allow the company remote access to my computer. They also said they would need my ID and password.

I suspect this is a scam, so I declined to follow their instructions. I have filed a complaint with the original company and reported that scammers might be using their name and purchase info to commit fraud.
