A "recruiter" reached out via email to ask if I was still interested in a job I applied for (I didn't remember applying, but it seemed plausible due to the volume of positions I apply for). I respond, saying "yes", I am emailed a questionnaire of "interview questions" to answer, which I do. I am told I got the position, I need to send my information (name, address, contact, and email) to receive my official offer letter. I do that, and upon receiving my offer I am informed that I will need to buy a slew of electronics from their partner to get my home workstation setup, to be reimbursed later. I called the phone number on the website and the person who answered was unfamiliar with Valsatech.
