My mother received a notice in the US Mail from "Valley Empire Collection" claiming they were collecting $143 (about $30-40 interest) on behalf of Dermatology Arts. The bottom part of the page had a tear-off section to enclose and mail back a check. I called Dermatology Arts ((425) 753-2918) and confirmed that she had no outstanding balance, and that her last visit/payment was in November 2018. Very nefarious and concerning! I called Dermatology Arts to warn them, as clearly somehow the scammers got information on patients of Dermatology Arts.
