Paid $16.00 for a car wash that the sign posted and web site states that it washes Deluxe wash plus: Wheel cleaner, Underbody blast, triple foam, and tire shine. I went through because I live on a dirt road and due to the roads had mud under car and wheel wells. I went through and no change in wheel wells, so I spoke with a manager and he at first said well that part is broken, my response was well on your sign there is nothing notifying that the feature was not available and I would have paid for the cheaper wash. Next he said to me well the company is owned by someone in New Jersey and they don't understand what is needed for car her in upstate NY. I then asked so it doesn't really wash the under body or tires he didn't respond so then I asked if I could be given a free run through again just to see if any change happened. I was given another run through and no change occurred to my wheel wells. Per the managers suggestion I went to a manual car wash and paid $2.50 for 4 min to manually wash my wheel wells. I think this is horrible that they are advertising that this car wash can wash the underbody, wheel cleaner and even tire shine and other than foam water and heat is what is happening at least at the level I attempted.
