I was led to believe that Valere Anti-Aging serum was affiliated with Allure magazine (which they are not) and that I would pay $5.95 for a trial of a product. There was absolutely no information regarding the fact that they were going to charge me $98 without letting me know 14 days later. They then sent me another bottle a month later without any invoice stating that they were charging another $98, nor did they ever tell me (by email or in writing) that I was signed up for a monthly delivery.

The product also did not do what they said it did on the advertisement. They claimed that it shrunk under eye "bags" with dramatic videos and pictures and it was not even a product for under the eyes.
