Saw post on Facebook on Feb 28, 2023. Clicked on link which took me to their website on Google. Purchased 2 foldable treadmills, the money was taken right then and there but no email confirmation received. Took screenshots of order with order number. Contacted company via email on website [email protected] but the email kicked back, a couple days later another email listed on website. Finally heard back from someone named Christin that my order was on its way. Several emails later I finally received another email from Christin in March 20, 2023 with a tracking number and to allow 2 more weeks. Today I received a package with the matching tracking number but it is a Christmas stocking that I didn't order. I emailed Christin again exhorting I received a stocking that I didn't order and still no clue where my 2 treadmills are, waiting to see if I hear back.
