We booked a hotel via this site and of course the information about the presentation that is required is very hidden, mixed information from each rude receptionist that we spoke with. This is the biggest Vegas scam and know that there are hidden requirements and lots of fine print... Don't' sign anything with them!

Purchased a vacation package online for me and my husband's wedding anniversary. They sent an email stating that they couldn't confirm our reservation. I tried emailing help desk but no response.. Yet they took a payment of $293 from my account but no confirmatiom of my reservation. I would at least like my money back. I feel like I paid for no reason. No company should be able to get away with this level of fraudulance.
Complete Nightmare

Followed the link. Thought I was on hotel site but didn't look that professional. Asked for chat help and got Lily. She couldn't answer my questions about how the rooms were worded, "tower 2 queen" I asked if it meant tower 2 or two queen beds. She replied yes there are beds in the room.
Thinking this person must be new at her job, I ordered and inserted payment information. Then this email asking I fill out when I want a presentation. No thank you! Nowhere did I read anything stating I had to take a 90 minute presentation.
I asked to cancel .
They won't!
Take E credit? I'll never use these rip offs again!
Or pay extra without the 90 minute presentation.
Use anyone else but don't use these fools!

I wish I had read these complaints before going on their site.

Booked a room they called 2 days before we was to fly out and said the resort overbooked and they had to cancel or we could pick a different hotel. Gave us choice of horrible hotels to pick from. Mind you we was here for my son's wedding. They did not care. Got to the sh** hotel they had the reservation completely wrong. Horrible horrible experience. Bait and switch.

I was sold by a few positive reviews. It's a scam ya'll. Stay far away. Book a package deal through Enterprise or something instead. They ruined my vacation. They will lay out the details of the vacation and their so called presentation. It is not a presentation from what I saw. They will grill you 1 on 1 ruthlessly. They changed the paperwork to their liking to disqualify me from even attending. Wasted hours of my time only to be charged the addition $300 for a presentation I was present for. Screw this terrible company. Do not give them a penny!

I booked a 2 night’s hotel for $99 back in June 25,2023. I received an email from vacationoffer.com that my reservation didn’t go through and they had me sign a document so they can process and confirmed my reservations. It wasn’t explained that i was actually signing up for a tour/events which I didn’t really have time to attend it, since that’s not the purpose of my vacation! They even lied about a $150 gift card that came with my booking! (I knew it’s too good to be true!). On June 26,2023 they placed a $300 charged on my card for a “no show fee”! I called them and asked about the charged and if they could refund me! Nope! The agent i spoke with was rude and no interest of solving the problem! So be careful! NEVER EVER TRUST VACATIONOFFER.COM! They will steal your money and make you look that it’s your fault!

I booked 2 rooms with VacationOffer at Excalibur Hotel. They told me that I have to attend a seminar the next day. I went, although I was on holiday and had better things to do. When I arrived at the seminar site, 15 mins prior to start of presentation, they said I don’t qualify because I’m married and had to have my husband with me. I called my husband to quit his poker game and come to the presentation but the organizers said that he had to be there within 5 minutes or I don’t qualify and had to pay $300 as penalty. And just like that, $300 was debited from my account. When I booked the rooms, they said that the only qualifications were that, I should be over 21 and have a job. There’s no mention of me having to attend the seminar with my husband. Truly despicable way of doing business.!

Happened same thing to me! I wasn’t aware about that seminar/tour and i got charged $300 just like that! I hope they will get the KARMA they deserve for stealing money from people!

be very careful with this booking bargains, it looks and seems like they gave you a good price and that would be the total and end of it , be careful and need to read the whole thing for extra charges that hotel would charge you extra when you get there and they would not do anything to help you and would blame it on the website . its hard to get hold of them and they will send you some where in India to answer you call and then need to explain the situation which is hard because they do not speak very good and they keep transferring you to different person or transfer your call

Unfortunately, I found the Vacationoffer company while researching accommodation on the internet. I was looking for a place to stay in Las Vegas, NV between 24.11.-26.11. I saw the advertisement of this company and decided to join because of the price. By the way, I am from Turkey and I am only here for touristic purposes. I am not an American citizen.
When making a reservation in the system, I entered the necessary information and paid the specified fee. According to the information entered, my hotel reservation was made and confirmed. I went to the hotel and checked in. I paid extra tax etc. to the hotel. No problem so far.
Another requirement of this package was to attend the presentation . I went to the place where the presentation will be held on the specified day and time (11.25 .2022 – 9.00 am). They filled out the form. They asked me to enter personal information in the form. I filled out the form and while I was waiting to enter and leave the presentation as soon as possible, an authorized person came from there and said that he would not be able to take you to the presentation and that he would charge you an extra $96. When I asked why, they said that I was married and that my wife should be here too. Although I stated that my wife was in Turkey (in another country) and therefore could not attend the presentation, they did not accept it. While my wife was not with me while I was entering the reservation information in the system, I only entered my own information and made a reservation by myself. According to this information, they confirmed it, but when it came to the presentation, they did not take it to the presentation and they cut 96 dollars from the screen without my consent.
I think this company traps such foreign customers in this way and then cuts extra money for various ridiculous excuses. While researching on the internet, I unfortunately learned that other customers, especially foreigners, had similar problems.
$96 maybe not a big deal, but getting scammed is a bad thing. I get up early in the morning and go there to the presentation, just to fulfill the requirements, they cancel for various reasons and charge extra money on top of it. If they didn't confirm it while making a reservation in the system at first, I would have already made a reservation from another place.
Maybe I can't get my money back, but I will forward it to the necessary authorities on the internet so that other people like me do not suffer.

Buyer beware! Booked a room for Vegas, GF also booked a room so we accidentally doubled booked ourselves. Within minutes I called to request a refund, was told it was all non-refundable. Please use caution if you purchase, my recommendation is use a different company / website

I booked a 3-night stay at MGM Grand in Vegas with VacationOffer. They first took the money from my bank account and then emailed me the timeshare information saying that my reservation was not complete until I agreed to attend a presentation. But they already charged me! Since the reservation wasn't yet confirmed, I tried to cancel it over the phone. VacationOffer refused. This was within 30 minutes of booking, yet they refused to help me. Feeling out of options and forced to register, I reluctantly signed up for a tour time scheduled for July 2 at 1pm. They confirmed my presentation time with an email that said simply to arrive “on time.” I did so. In fact, I arrived about ten minutes early. But the front desk was slow to process attendees and by the time they got around to me, they handed me a form with a timestamp of 12:57. (Note: still early). I filled out the form and waited for someone from the timeshare hotel to come get me. After a long wait, someone finally showed up and told me that I was late (not true). I followed VacationOffer instructions exactly. If there is a miscommunication between the timeshare and VacationOffer – that shouldn’t be my problem! Nevertheless, I tried rescheduling the presentation for the next day, but VacationOffer were closed for the day. The very same day I got charged $300 “no show fee” - they didn’t bother trying to reschedule! Right after they charged me $300, they sent me an email stating that my hotel reservation was “subject to cancellation”. I fully paid for the hotel and was already charged the “no show fee” – how dare they threaten me with a cancellation! This took a great toll on my emotional state. This is a deceptive company that does not disclose their true intention until it’s too late to back out. They spoiled my vacation! Additionally, the room that I got at MGM Grand in the West Wing was horrible! My other friends booked directly with the hotel for the same price and their room was much better. Don’t repeat my mistakes – book with someone else!
SCAM!

It is a complete scam. I am not new to the idea of vacation packages and I am not complaining about the idea in general (I read the fine print), but this program is the worst I have dealt with. Have tried twice to book hotel stays within the advertised areas (6 months in advance) and was told I would have to pay an additional 900 dollars to use the package. Was then offered a hotel overlooking the MIA runways for an upcharge that was greater than the cost that I could book it for myself on Expedia. Not really sure who would use this package but I guess maybe if you wanted to travel in the off-season and didn't mind paying twice for your stay you would be happy.

They did the same misleading bait and switch to me today

Be very cautious of Vacation Offers.com! They called in November of 2021 and offered us 2 show tickets, $100.00 dollar gift cards to Pappas Steakhouse, a $200 dining card, and a $1000.00 travel credit for car rentals. We had a 3 day 2 night stay with Ceasars Palace and then they upcharged us $167 dollars for a king pool view. A week before our getaway we called Ceasars Palace with our confirmation number and they were not aware or had no record of our stay. Vacation Offers supplied a secondary confirmation number and 2 days before our getaway Ceasars Palace did not have our name or confirmation number that they supplied to us. Ceasars Palace notified us that Hotel Beds was the booking agent and had the room booked for one person and not for 2 people. My wife and I. One day before I leave they finally gave us a proper confirmation number and tried to upcharge us $836.00 dollars! To stop all the confusion we had to pay $150.00 cancellation fee and if you did not go to the presentation at Westgate Resorts they would charge us $300.00. This was supposed to be a memorable time, we are celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and it ended up being a nightmare! Please be cautious of all the extra stuff Vacation Offers tries to offer you. They are definitely a terrible company to deal with.

I was called from the Covid Relief department of VacationOffer.com as I supposedly have a $1500 credit. They wanted to offer me a great package for 798 for 2-4 travelers anywhere. I travel to obscure places like Concordia, MO so I asked what was there. I was told by Alan ***** that there is a resort by Wyndham at the Days Inn in town. I asked what that definition would be, like a kitchen is a microwave and a mini-fridge, and he said no, there is a stove with a couple burners at least. I have been going to Concordia for 45 years and have never seen a Days Inn with suites. I told Alan no thank you and turned around and called the Wyndham reservations about the motel. The gentleman said they do not have any suites in the motel, but perhaps there is a resort nearby (I was given the address of *** ** *** ****** for the "resort"), and I spoke with the resorts person of Extra Holidays side of Wyndham. She said they do not have a resort anywhere near Concordia and the Days Inn is definitely not one. I think this company is lying to people to try to get them to buy. I was told they have a A rating with BBB, so I asked on their chat where they are located. I was told they are online and to correspond through the computer, not mail. When I asked about finding the ScamPulse.com rating again, she asked for my account number or package number, then name, telephone, or email. I asked her about Concordia and she did tell me there are no resorts in that area, which I believe to be true. She never did give me the way to get the ScamPulse.com rating. It could be someone is using a real company name for a fraudulent package since this "resort" is by no means real in Concordia.
