"The Ultimate Leisure Club", that is the resort customer service line for "Grand Sirenis Punta Cana" has given me a room that was not what I originally purchased and is trying to charge me more to correct the mistake they did. I had upgraded my room in order to fit 5 people and was told my room would have accomodation for everyone. I called back on 5/24/23 to confirm everything and start the check in process and was told I lied and never made any reservation to upgrade and the original reservation was done online which I NEVER EVER DID to begin with and they would have to go back and hear the telephone conversation in order to prove what I am saying. I called back today because I never heard back and spent over an hour talking with them. I was told I was right about what happened but in order to make it right I had to pay for another room for the fifth person and thats all they could do. After, repeatedly stating they were wrong and I was right but they want more money, I decided to keep my current reservation since I am held to keep it since I will be traveling 6/27. No attempts were made to accomodate the my family but to pay pay pay more money. Can someone direct metothe correct outlet of this is not the correct one because this is a scam and injustice.
