I had made a deposit for a vacation rental through craigslist.com for $850 into the claimed to be owner of property in lake havasu city. Through my bank and deposit into his bank of america account number *** and routing number ***. The name on the account is Jeremy Ray Collati and phone number he gave me was 619-892-8279. he had told me he will check us in to the property on 9-2-16 at 3 pm. Once we are there and there is no show. No phone contact etc. he is no where to be found. The property address that we suppose to rent for our vacation is *** *** ** *** *** *** **. When we got there 3 or 4 times. And there were someone else at the property. I had all email contacts and receipts and email address through Craigslist.com. Also his b of a bank account and routing number. If needed, I can provide these information. We need to stop him before he can do this to other.
