Received a call from “Linda” representing Vacation Property Management saying they were affiliated with Interval International and offered to buy my 6 Interval exchange/getaway weeks before they expired in 5 days. Offered to buy my 6 weeks for $10,800 if I paid them exchange fee of $399 per week - $2499. Said her company works with corporate clients who are starting to return to travel and all this stuff about being a time share owner herself and how her company is helping timeshare owners offset maintenance and tax expenses. Also said her company would sell my timeshare if unwanted.

I am an Interval member but have not used them to-date. I almost fell for this scam. It was too good to be true. I stalled for time and called Interval who confirmed it is a scam and they have received a lot of complaints from members that have been victimized.
