I just recently ordered online for me and my husband's wedding anniversary a "vacation package" for the Sahara Hotel in Vegas. I completed my offer online and they never sent me a confirmation. Instead they kept sending me emails saying that they were not able to confirm. Yet I see on my back statement that they took the $293. I'm like who does that? I haven't received a phone call or anything. I put in a help desk request but no response. I can't believe that I just lost money for no reason! Then to find that they are in Utah? I feel like this is a certified lawsuit. No company should be able to get away with such crimes.

I took my daughter to a concert for her birthday in Las Vegas. After the concert I had car problems and need a hotel room in the middle of the night. I contacted Vacation Offer and they sold me rooms that were no vacancy or sold out. I never received confirmation from them and got a ride back home to Utah.

They will call you and offer the best vacation you can imagine. The truth is, all the prizes offered when you buy into the $299 or $399 life time vacation deal. You get stuck paying more and more when you get there and the prizes aren't really free either. Your time is spent mostly on presentations they say 90min but it's always 3-4 hrs long and then get forced to pay more out of pocket for the prizes you were told you would get for free. Every prize has another presentation to it and other fees they don't tell you about. So if you buy into it just expect to spend more. Even if you don't want their timeshare they will force their vacation on you. Oh yeah and their customer service is the worst. They don't want to help you. Instead they tell you that you was wrong and didn't double check.

Once they have all your information each year or every month you are called being harrased to purchase more vacations.

My experience was the worst. Upon my arrival after I was convinced to purchase. I was lead to another presentation that wasn't for the package deal I purchased with vacation offers. Instead I was lead to a presentation for Dimond Vacation. Vacation offer then charged me again! Because they said I didn't attend their presentation. But in fact I did attend a presentation and was offered prizes. I had to fight tooth and nail to get my money back from Vacation offers. Cstomer service said "Dimond resort does this a lot, they have customers go to their presentation instead of ours" like its my problem that two business are at war when it comes to taking peoples money. All in all, don't trust vacation offer, and Dimond resorts. Believe when we say it's not worth it. They need to be investagated period.
