Caller identified as Alice stated I had been selected by Kayak as the winner of a 5 star vacation, 6 nights, 5 days, all inclusive. The request was that I listen to a vacation property sales session one day during the vacation. Locations were every resort destination in Mexico, Thailand, Bali. She also offered a second free vacation cruise for 8 days 7 nights in Alaska, Europe, and listed all of the best cruise lines. She asked if I were interested, and then asked for my credit card. $99 is the only charge for all of that! I asked for a corporate name, website, etc. so I could validate this was a legitimate offer before sharing my credit card. She asked to transfer me to her leader to clarify my questions. He led me through the website and said I could call back at the number on the website and book a vacation anytime for $1199, but the special offer was only good for this call only! When I asked who owned the company, he said it is in Cancun. I asked for the name of the President or CEO, and he hung up on me.
