Raymond presented himself as a Delta agent and told me that he would book my flight using my avaliable credit from a previous unused flight. The difference would have been $156. He told me $300plus dollars to book the flight. After charging my credit card, I'm seeing that the $156 went to delta and the remaining $151.57 went to vacaflights. The flight on delta website was $414. Minus my credit, I'd only have to pay a difference of $156. So this company scammed me out of$151.57. Raymond told me that they were Delta agents working on behalf of Delta and the fees were additional taxed etc. DO NOT USE or TRUST those scammers. I tried to cancel, but he wouldn't do it. BEWARE!!!!
