I was contacted by the company VA Bok International for a Senior Buyer Position. They said I would be a purchasing agent for the company working with companies in the UK and China, buying things here in the United States and then shipping them to their offices. I did a phone interview with them and they decided to hire me. Once I filled out the information to start working, they had me contact my personnel manager that worked with the company. They told me to go and buy best buy gift cards ranging from 10 to 500 dollars and use my credit card to buy and then I would be reimbursed with a bank account they gave me to pay it off. I bought one card for $50, it posted to my account, I used their supplied bank information, it said the payment went through. Then I gave them the gift card number. They used the gift card, then the next day I received a text message from my bank stating that the payment on my credit card failed. The person that I was emailing is no longer emailing me. I tried calling the company and emailing the company from their website, but there is no answer from any means of communication. VA BOK International is a fraudulent company.
