They get you asking you to set up an initial trading account with a specific amount. after a couple of days, they collapse your account so that you cannot login and the forgot password link doesn't work neither does it send the link to your email address for you to reset your password. They do not inform you of the additional cost of $1200 to upgrade your trading account. Now, you will be out of all of your money if you send both amounts. I contacted the CEO of this company and he refusing to refund me my money and the lack of information giving to me regards the account. They talk to you on WhatsApp which is encrypted so that their words cannot be followed. The customer service representatives are rude, nasty and they catch an attitude with you when you call them out scammers which they are. All I want is my money refund back to me. Their online reviews speak the truth about being scammers out to take people's money.
